U.S. Cutting Dies and Graphics

USSRD is equipped with 5 Rotary and Flat lasers throughout the company. Four of the Rotary systems are equipped with quick-lock, which allows for fast change over between diamaters. Having this versatility allows regular scheduled shutdowns for preventative maintenance in order to mitigate unscheduled downtime.

USSRD has 11 automated rule benders consisting of 9 Straight rule benders 2 Rotary rule bender and 1 rotary rule processor. Our Coilmate Straight rule bender is one of only two in the entire country and the only one on the west coast. USSRD also has a Elcede Waterjet used to cut rubber precise nesting which will extend the life of the die considerably.
