USSRD has created an order tracking system, allowing the customer to track the process of the die through all stages of production. With a user name and a password, customers are allowed real-time access to check the status of the die from design through laser, ruling, rubbering and shipping. Through the website, customers can immediately expedite an order, or put it on hold, without having to pick up a phone. Communication systemsa re a priority at USSRD. We support email transmission, FTP and physical delivery of all electronic information. Further, a USSRD representative is always available for special projects or presentations involving cusotmers and their respective clients.
